Honestly, it did. The city failed to provide proper policing. The government failed in procedures -- particularly for Capitol Hill. The media has always been failing. People are afraid of truth and just lie lie lie. No one gave proper attention to fraud. The Democrats who challenged the legitimacy of the election openly now say it was the cleanest ever. Trump didn't lead the march like he said he would. Trump left. That sounds like America failing to me.
