If you know what I'm talking about, it was 11 AM - 12 PM. I swear I thought Trump would appear at 11. That would mean the march would take place at 12, and arrive before any moves congress would make at 1 PM.

Am I wrong on the timing? Or are there any theories of why there was a delay?
