It's disheartening at times. You see a spark of hope, and then, some backstabber takes it away. I thought Pence was a man of god. I thought Loeffler exhibited genuine joy when she stood next to Trump.
But no matter what, we cannot let these obstacles, these treacheries dishearten us. We must endure. We will endure.

Graham I never trusted, cuz he was always a never trumper and seemed slimy, especially after he ran away from that veteran who wanted to talk. Mitch and Trump... honestly thought Trump would replace him eventually.
She was always going to backstab him. She was so hesitant to come out and speak against the election fraud in GA. She finally did the night before the election because she knew she couldnt win without MAGA. Perdue came out and supported objecting to the certifications of the GA electors the morning of Nov 5th. Both are establishment Republicans.

Trump treated Pence like a brother. I remember watching Pence defend Trump in the debates. How close they seemed. With Cheney and Bush, there always seemed like a tension, that Cheney was waiting in the wings. With Pence and Trump, it almost felt like they were brothers, like they were on the same team, like they would take a bullet for each other.
Oh well. One more name who I won't trust in the future. We live and learn.
