Yesterday Giuliani said: “Over the next 10 days we get to see the machines that are crooked, the ballots that are fraudulent. And if we’re wrong, we will be made fools of. If we’re right, a lot of them will go to jail!”

I like Thomas but he keeps moving the goal post. Trump didn't seem to have any plan and even Pence isn't on his side. Trump either has massive evidence or he doesn't. I won't believe anything until I see it. I mean Trump is standing by the fact he believes the election was stolen but he seems to have already said there will be a peaceful transition. If trump has this crazy earth shattering evidence then he has had plenty of time to present it. Also this whole waiting until Biden is certified thing is stupid. Biden won in nov, he won again dec 14, and he won again jan 6. If Trump has the evidence Thomas believes he has then yes that will shake up things but it needs to happen soon. No more excuses. No more SCOTUS. He should be able to release it soon.

I don't disagree. The timing is hard to understand. I thought Trump would start releasing bombshells before the election. I thought there'd be arrests of election riggers after the election. So I can't say Wictor's view is much more than a shred of hope.

Yeah I like Thomas because he doesn't claim to have secret sources like everyone else so he doesn't bother me. Trump either has the goods on dominion and its supported by the DNI report of the DOD or he doesn't. I'm starting to lean towards he doesn't have it.

It's hard for me to think Trump doesn't have the evidence. He's been talking about election fraud for years. He has the massive surveillance powers of the federal government.

Yeah but where is it? We know states broke there own election laws but the courts have said they aren't going to grant relief. So thats bunk. Trumps team claims there was a number of illegal voters, out of state, underage etc...but again either the states say those numbers are wrong or they refuse to look. Trump has been completely powerless in making them. So again bunk. The doj said no fraud and Barr basically said a big fuck you so thats bunk. No one cares what Trumps lawyers have to say. So his only option was the DOD, CISA, etc..but again nothing has been said about that at all. DNI report seems like a dud. I thought for sure the solarwinds hack had something to do with dominion but so far nothing. Also Pence turning away from Trump the way he did makes me believe Trump doesn't have it. I mean I'm assuming that if Trump has some crazy evidence from the DOD that Pence would also know about it? So what happened???

Good points. I'm not saying the Cates/Wictor view is a certainty, just that it's a hope. I'm not giving up until the 20th.

Who is Cates? Wictor seems to be wrong about Pence and Miller too. I never really put much stock into that. I just think that people really need to listen to Trump. He says there will be a peaceful transition and he doesn't want violence. I understand wanting hope and I don't think there's any harm in waiting to see. Hopefully we hear from the president himself soon.

I’m a lawyer. Pence was flat out wrong about “not having power.” There is a question about his power. That question means he can exercise it - and then have a court weigh in.

Pence completely abandoned his post yesterday. I won’t forgive any man who gives up the ship. I’d rather die on my feet than live on my knees.

Yeah I think Trump knew. That bothers me a lot. i think Trump may have even talked to rudy or sidney about it and get got back to Lin. Which is why he was calling his him a traitor. Trump should have been honest with his base imo. Unless I'm wrong and Trump didn't know until that morning. His tweets made it sound like he wasn't sure.He should have said that Pence would make sure objections are heard and evidenced presented. Did pence give up the ship or was he never on board? I'm starting to think the was never on board about the fraud and it makes me think why? Which is why i don't think there is any bombshell evidence from the DOD or dni or cisa.

Who is Thomas Victor btw?

Kimball_Kinnison [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

He's a long-time pro-Trump guy who's gotten kicked off of Twitter a few times for that. Had a big following, too. He's in the "Trump is playing 4D chess" camp, along with Brian Cates and REX.

Thomas Wictor. Started watching his YT videos a few weeks ago. They are fascinating. I wonder if they will still be there after today.

Yup, a miracle can happen until Jan 20th, and yes anything that gets certified can get decertified.

If one thing we've learned in 2020, is that there are no rules can cannot be broken.

A summary of the case he cites:

Following the 1976 presidential election in New York between incumbent Gerald Ford (R) and Jimmy Carter (D), Republican and Conservative Party supporters filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of New York asking for a redo election. According to Judge Jacob Mishler's final order, the plaintiffs alleged "that state officials ... committed fraudulent acts in the conduct of voter registration and the subsequent general Presidential election which served to deprive them of their constitutionally protected right to vote."[7]

Mishler did not decide whether a presidential redo election could be called because he dismissed the case after deciding the plaintiffs failed to prove fraud had occurred. Even if fraud occurred, the number of affected votes would not have changed the outcome.[7] However, Mishler wrote, "[F]ederal courts in the past have not hesitated to take jurisdiction over constitutional challenges to the validity of local elections and, where necessary, order new elections. The fact that a national election might require judicial intervention ... if anything, militates in favor of interpreting the equity jurisdiction of the federal courts to include challenges to Presidential elections."[7]

Please stop. Someone already died...

Oh, yeah good point! I think this is also what happened right after the Boston Massacre, right? The Brits killed 5 people and everyone said "Ok please stop... someone died", and that's how we are still under the British Empire today.
