This doesn’t mean anything. They will all just agree on Biden and move on. SCOTUS isn’t our friend.

Court can’t save us, if they could or wanted to they would have heard the Texas case.

SCOTUS is the swamp.

Sure. And ballots counted after midnight on election day dont count. And absentee ballots have to be witnessed.

there is no hard established date associated with counting electors or time frames. ONLY thing mentioned in the Constitution is that the president will be inaugurated on 1/20 and electors have to be counted before that date.

I'm not sure that's true, unfortunately. Maybe someone else has more info

This kind of technicality is not a solution to the issue.

no. all it says is the procedure for counting and rules on objections. says nothing about the date or time limit. the only stated time is inauguration day. it says that nothing can happen after a President has been sworn in

Anytime you see something written coherently but ends with "BOOM!", you should automatically assume the person is a qtard and it's entirely meaningless drivel.

I don't think so just because I know one contested election wasn't settled until March, sorry I don't remember exactly when or who.

I think they have 5 days to certify. The session just must begin on the 6th.
