Don’t let facts get in the way of a false narrative

It’s tragic and crazy how the legitimate voices of thousands of patriots are being completely disrespected and ignored because of the actions of a few dozen bad faith agitators.

Hindsight is 20/20 but I wish the good faith protestors had been able to keep order and maybe even perform some citizens’ arrests on the vandals...

i saw people try climb the sides and a cop told them they could just walk to the side of the building cause it was open

I honestly think this is why Trump's speech was late. He was trying to keep people away.

Yeah I was wondering that. I was like God damn this speech long and stalled out repeating the same stuff we already knew. But that makes a lot of sense

Gotta admit it happened very quickly, maybe 1-9 minutes before trump actually walked off stage. I noticed droves of People leaving as he talked many saying as they passed "I already knew all of this"

As I said antifa/Blm were in the crowd but trump supporters were certainly in the group that breached the building.

The government was going to screw us anyways, the fix was in. At the very least we made em shit their pants.

It was less of a breach and more of an invitation when the police opened the barriers

maybe still not clear on the how. either way congress shit themselves and theres photos to show they are weak. now they will over react cause more anger and resentment and the escalation will grow.

dont ever forget we didnt start this but we are being forced to finish it.

I wonder if the DC elites considered a “breach” when the pussy hat ladies stormed the capitol, occupied it, and even took over McConnell’s office to watch kavanaugh hearings on his tv?

With no provocation, they immediately shot flash grenades, tear gas and bean bags at us, we imagined to get us riled up. We sang th star spangled banner, they continued to fire these weapons

First thing I thought was 'off', there were 'Patriots' that had conquered the Capitol guard tower, screaming at us continually to 'move forward!' I was wondering how so many were able to do occupy the tower with law enforcement all around. Why were they encouraging us to breach the Capitol while the active session was going on.

A man next to me started screaming Antifa!

The police opened the barriers and let everyone in. We were completely set up. I didnt see any Trump supporters commit any violence at all. As far as I know, windows were broken and people entered a building. That was the most violent thing of the day. As the windows were being smashed patriots were begging to stop and alerting the crowd these weren't patriots, they were antifa.

I have no idea what we are gonna do now but the most important thing to me above everything is the safety of the man who sacrificed everything to make our lives better at monumental expense to his own.

I hung my flag upside down this morning

Yup, I was there, and most, including myself had no idea that people were even in there until those who were on the front line started coming through the crowd

I noticed this, too. I got the mass text from StopTheSteal saying y’all were starting to head toward the Capitol after the crowd that had been waiting there started to go in.
