Everyone who's represented their voter base has been flagrantly fucked. I've watched this happen to Perot, Paul, Sanders, Kucinich, and more. There's no point in voting.
Now more than ever, elections are marketed purely on a candidates genitals and skin color, as well as weakly contrived propaganda regarding the opposing candidate. Voting record, Policy, PACs, and lobbyists are a non-issue. Your vote is illusory, now pay taxes so we can launder money back to our lobbyists.
