I would say never use it while moving, and try to only use it from one location, to avoid leaving any geo-map signature at all, if you want to be hardcore, or even set up the phone as a proxy to a short-wave radio or something.

you don't understand. It asks for your phone number so it can link all the metadata to your real identity. It's not secure, it's malware.
