Interesting that both the American and French revolutions both had taxes as a catalyst into each revolution going hot. Britain was taxing printed goods (stamp act) and anything not made in Britain (townshend act). Meanwhile France was taxing literally everything from income to the number of windows on your house while the nation was starving in the middle of a natural disaster but the well-to-do elite class was totally disconnected from the populace and unconcerned with the suffering while they partied in Times Squa.. err... I mean in their ivory towers.
That all said the combination of overtaxation, sending tax dollars to foreign countries, election irregularities, courts refusing to hear grievances and the coronavirus along with its cabin fever and endless lockdowns taking away people's livelihoods makes me fear what the next few months may bring to our nation.
I feel you pede. We just need to be careful what we say in public from here on out. Yesterday was the Reichstag fire of our generation and the establishment is going to be out to make an example of anyone it perceives as a threat. It may be time for thedonald.onion

No slight intended, but "Fear it"? I'm fucking looking forward to it at this point.
