It appears Congress has certified the election results. Does that mean once the Senate certifies them, that's the ball game?

I dont see what avenues Trump has left seeing as the Supreme Court wont have any cases before the election. Maybe he can still pull something out of the bag.

It does appear that on Inauguration day, they have pulled the stands down, because they know people wont show up to hear Biden speak, but there taking them down under the guise of the virus.
