1st amendment rights are fucked. The forefathers never foresaw that not only do we need the right to free speech, but we also would need the right to be heard.

Media companies control the ability for us to be heard. We're always free to speak into the void, but the media determines who will hear us. The media companies retain control over whether we can be heard or not.
