Guys, I’m losing my mind right now. I have never felt more hopeless, terrified, or helpless in my entire life. I’m at the point where I just unfriended my aunt on Facebook because she replied to my first post in months calling out our government with a condescending “praying for you”. I want anyone who agrees with our destruction OUT of my life FOREVER. DONE. I’m on the brink of doing a lot of irrational things right now. Someone calm me down and put me at peace. God isn’t at all after not listening to my prayers at all for two months.

You can only help yourself. Only you control your thoughts and emotions. Take a break, do something you like to distract yourself. We're all maximally stressed--imagine what Trump's going through. We don't have to be as tough as he is--all we have to do is kill time until his inauguration.
