Then a small handful of people facing or scaling the barricade. The woman is actually pincered. SWAT coming at her from below and around the other side it's actually a swarm of what looks like journalists of various forms.
She doesn't have a way to go other than the barrier where the security guy is hiding in wait to sniper anyone.
The big question is why so many cameramen to so few actual activists?
I am not saying he should have at all but once he was going for a lethal shot, why wouldn't he take a head shot. Center mass looked difficult at that angle but a trained person could make that head shot. Why wasn't there shouting of "stop, get back or I will shoot - do not come any further, do you hear me?" didn't seem like any of that.
I understand lethal force if a mob is busting into an unauthorized area but it seems the warnings would be given.
The Left makes this argument over police shootings, too. Why didn't they shoot drunk tazer guy in the leg? Why didn't they just let him get away? Why didn't they shoot knife guy in the leg? Or machete guy? Or felon with multiple warrants but pulling up his pants in the dark after running into an alley?
The facts of the situation aren't clear and there are too many "what ifs". What if it was a leftist breaching into the white house instead? Would you support the LEO or the victim?
What happened was a tragedy. The LEO probably won't be charged. If you want to do something, set up a fund for the family, if you can find a site that isn't completely biased against us now.
