If they completely stole 2020 why would they need to impeach him to seal 2024??? Insurrection Act and EO - well, the EO is self-enacting and I think DNI Radcliffe already stated publicly that there was foreign interference in the election in early December so the EO was technically on from that point forward. Trump doesn't have to make a public announcement and say, "I'M INVOKING EO ...." and if that was automatically enacted then it would be hard to unseat a current president during a declared state of national emergency.
