I see everyone celebrating like this was some victory of some kind, what did we get? There's videos showing them letting protestors in, and minimal resistance otherwise so we took nothing, they allowed it to happen hoping we would burn it down or expecting we wouldn't. Please let me in on what I missed because I want to be happy about it too, otherwise we accomplished nothing but some cool pictures and an innocent woman killed(which BTW if it were a lefty killed the Capitol building would be a pile of rubble). And I hope the clown that took the pic in Pelosi's chair enjoys the decade he'll probably get in prison for it

Scott Adams says protesting, to be effective, must feel uncomfortable.

That it is.

I'm toying with two opposing theories:

  1. The Congressional powers that be let it happen so that they could "false flag" Trump supporters and do what they're doing now.... 25th, shutting him down on social media, etc.
  2. Or it was a diversionary tactic by white hats to gain access to data/files (was Pelosi's hard drive actually taken as was posted yesterday?) or to allow him to leave the capitol undetected.

I wouldn't be surprised about 1, the hard drive I haven't heard anything else about, but is more than likely encrypted

The whole thing was a trap. Unless Trump pulls a miracle out of his ass.

All it did was help all of our enemies. They are going to pass as many laws as they can to prevent this from happening again. Even if they don't, the companies are already doing it for free.

When Biden gets in, they will blame Trump and his supporters for every fuckup Biden creates. They see us as isis now, for a broken window, and a dead trump supporter's blood splatter on a statute.

It can be seen a couple of different ways:

Yes, the scenario you wrote out is completely plausible.

However, seeing us breach the Capitol shows how vulnerable they actually are. We're capable of taking our country back.

I was on board with that theory until I saw the video of them being let in. It's hard to believe unarmed protestors took the Capitol, but violent antifa and BLM couldn't get into a courthouse in the midwest. As much as I'd liked to believe it it's not realistic

I agree, but what I'm saying is turn their plan around on them and use it to our advantage

Short term it was an unforced error....and I am not completely sold that it was MAGA people who were at fault. How many rallies has Trump had since he has been in office? 100? 200? 300? Of all those rallies how many have led to any violence? 1 Unfortunately it happened at a time of high emotions and tension and the left is hammering us with it. fear not though we will survive and continue to build our movement.

Take your cookie back, you're obviously smarter than me. You didn't answer the question though
