You mean like the pepper spray and flashbangs that killed someone via heartattack. Or the 50ft pushing over the ledge, or the macing of a person recording.

I believe deprivation of rights under the color of law was committed multiple times by the capitol police including the unlawful imprisonment in hotels. There is a remedy for this.
