On what grounds? Really? They don’t need grounds, it’s tyranny

You say hard coup, in reality that's just for marketing. It just "looks" more bad to the public and it's more "obvious". This is a hard coup already. The only thing that would change is a small percentage of the publics view and very slightly. They stole an American election, after stealing it with machines that we broke due to high turnout, they had to send in hundreds of thousands overnight. Then every single politician, and judge went against him and only investigated one single county in Michigan due to ONE judge. There were orders in Maricopa county and they refused to comply. All but 8 senators were against Trump. This is a hard coup. Tyranny is normalized so people might not realize it or put words to it yet

It doesn't need to be by "force" for it to be a hard coup. It was by force. Every way possible it was done by force. Was it physically killing him? No, but they don't need rogue factions when they have controlled factions
