We can carve out 'No-Go' areas - like the Left (& Muslims) have done.
Only weakness -- internet connectivity. Need to have hardened server-farm silos. so locals can communicate - and Conservative Cities can transact business!!

It was tried in the 80's, Randy Weaver, David Koresh, Clinton's FBI/ATF declared war on all militia separatists . Surely Galt is somewhere, maybe out in the Pacific.
