For YT vids I just add 'pp' to the URL, so it reads youtubepp.com then it automatically takes you to a downloader. For Twitter I like twittervideodownloader.com which is nice and straightforward to use. I haven't needed to download from Instagram yet, but using a screen recorder sounds like a good option. Thanks!
