If states seceded, especially the red ones, the federal government would go bankrupt very quickly. You think blue states could support a war by themselves? Hell no.
It's not just "red states" - anyone with a brain that pays taxes (instead of getting a government check) will want to move away from the commies, like people fleeing from East Germany.

Texas is one of the only states that entered the US with the "we can suceed" clause. Everyone else is stuck in commie land. Texas will probably take Refuges from US for a while though.

Make sure Texas has it's own 2nd amendment and make it clear that munition size and capacity are not to be infringed on either. Make the new 1st amendment includes freedom of speech that can't ruin your job and life and can't be censored on big tech internet platforms.
Otherwise just copy past the US constitution. Also term limits on congress. Love Texas 2/3 vote requirements to get anything done requires a majority.
Once trump uses EO 13848 and arrests the dems and RINOS for treason, public opinion will begin to change. Because you don't get to watch people get arrested on charges of treason and still think they're wonderful people.
