They just robbed us blind in broad daylight on the stage of a giant stadium. Despite everything, they tell us this is the most fair and secure election in history. Courts refuse to review the merits. As if that wasn't enough, they went for round 2. They did it when all eyes were on them. It doesn't matter what our Federal vote is. They will stop the election and end it when they have enough. Secession is totally worth the loss of other votes. Biden will end the Electoral College anyway

Texas is one of the only states that entered the US with the "we can suceed" clause. Everyone else is stuck in commie land. Texas will probably take Refuges from US for a while though.

Make sure Texas has it's own 2nd amendment and make it clear that munition size and capacity are not to be infringed on either. Make the new 1st amendment includes freedom of speech that can't ruin your job and life and can't be censored on big tech internet platforms.
Otherwise just copy past the US constitution. Also term limits on congress. Love Texas 2/3 vote requirements to get anything done requires a majority.
