All of Texas is hopeless - they'll just import as many millions of low-IQ commie-voting migrants as they have to in order to turn it solid "blue" (like they already did with California).
Texas is one of the only states that entered the US with the "we can suceed" clause. Everyone else is stuck in commie land. Texas will probably take Refuges from US for a while though.

We need county-level secession for most states, except Alaska, Wyoming, Idaho, Oklahoma, etc.
