They came up with some bullshit two weeks back saying there is a new mutant virus and used it as a pretext to put London from what they call tier 2 into tier 5. And now all of the UK is under tier 5 (total lockdown) apart frm going for essential food or to work. Basically they don't want any people assembling in London.
