i don't get how everyone is saying "too late now".

the DNI assessment makes it clear there was foreign manipulation. this gives justification for Insurrection Act and give Trump the opportunity to drop everything on the public and start making arrests and military tribunals.

he has the power to do this. he is still President and the idea that a clear and present danger to the republic of a CCP-compromised Biden compromised would be ample justification.

the only real issue now is whether Trump has either ability or the will to do it.

Trump has moved all of his people around in the Pentagon and Special Forces reports to SecDef who is directly answerable to the President. And the National Guard is being moved into DC. So, ability appears to be there.

the 'will' part may be what is lacking. people were saying last night that trump seemed off. i won't get into the whole 'deep fake' thing, not my gig. but trump did seem subdued.

Trump did not concede... openly. he never said the word and never spoke Biden's name. he said just enough to give the impression of concession.

was Trump forced to make this speech? is he under threat? are they holding his family hostage, threatening the lives of his sons or daughters? i certainly hope not. the deep state is not above terrorism like that.

or does Trump have the 'will' to invoke the Insurrection Act? he's spent his Presidency ending wars and trying to bring soldiers home, but would he send troops after American citizens though they may be seditious traitors?
