I think that Italian affidavit is fake. Why? Logic. The sworn statement would have been written in Italian. Were it a translated copy, the translator's stamp/seal would have been affixed to the document. Furthermore, that document (in English) has an original signature. A translated copy would not have an original signature. Nobody is legally allowed to write or help write an affidavit for you. Not the lawyer, not a friend, NOBODY.

The possibility exists that this person who wrote this paper can write in PERFECT English, but I doubt it....When you're swearing to something so massive, I'm guessing you'd want to do it in your native language, so you don't fuck things up.
