They cheated and they got caught but what does it at matter if those who break the rules and those who enforce them are the same. Trump isn’t a king and he can’t just start a literal war. He would be literally killed. He did the best he could with what he had. Anyone else would’ve quit a year into the term fighting against what he had thrown at him
