Notice how he's not giving these extremely important messages in front of the press, or literally ANY OTHER PERSON. It's just him by himself, with no one to corroborate that this is an event that actually happened. Same as the video from yesterday.

It's definitely not crazy. It looks like a deep fake and not even a good one at that. Seems like it was hastily done.
