1st lesson of living in Communism:

you don't have rights. Any person around you can be a snitch. Don't talk to anyone, don't be kind to anyone, try not to make eye contact. Snitches are worse than corrupt cops. They have no souls and no pity - just looking for that high they get from fucking up someone lives.

And under Communism, all it takes is for them to point the finger at you and make an accusation.
