According to Maria Zack he's has the Italy affidavit since Christmas. So he did everything legally that he could, does this now mean it will be handled militarily? He didn't say he conceded, and only said a new administration, but perhaps its because he is replacing so many of his people?
Technically if half of DC was arrested and removed, regardless of what side they were on politically there would have to be a new administration to replace them.
