What Trump didn’t say is more important than what he did say.

No mention of Biden, no congratulations (standard for concessions), no mention of leaving (he said transition, not transfer) , and he definitely didn’t say he was finished.

don’t bother commenting saying I’m delusional or overdosing on hopium, I won’t reply. But this did not sound like a concessions speech like I’ve ever heard before.
