It was certainly made to SOUND like a concession without actually saying the words. He never says "Biden". Never says precisely WHO he's condemning, only "violence". All the language is intentionally vague. Really listen to what he's saying. And then listen again as though it's 2 weeks from now and Trump has pulled some kind of Mission Impossible style double-double-cross.
Then go watch Kayleigh's press briefing from earlier today. Same thing. Identical formula. Also, VERY SHORT.
I hate thinking like this and I'm probably deluding myself, but I can't ignore how the messaging from Team Trump has taken a dramatic turn over the last 24 hours. It's incredibly uncharacteristic. Maybe he's really throwing in the towel, but the way it's happening is so unusual. I don't know what to think anymore.

Yeah, the vagueness might just be Trump hating to admit his defeat, so it's him basically admitting defeat but in the most vague and subtle way he can. I dunno. He'll continue talking politics on the sidelines. But first he will have to resist a lot of hatred and criminal prosecution even. Poor guy.

From what I've read today, the only reasonable play he has left is to invoke the Insurrection Act and spring the EO13848 trap on all the domestic and international players (traitors). This is the move supporters have been begging him to make for the last 2 months, and he still conceivably could right up to 12:00 noon on the 20th. It would require heavy military support to arrest that many people, but that's where the IA comes in. Then military tribunals and swift public executions.
I know it's the longest of longshots but it is still possible. I'll take a remote possibility over absolute surrender any day. When you account for all that's happened since yesterday it's not difficult to imagine how it might play out.
Maybe I'm giving him too much credit. Maybe this is the end. But it does explain the strangeness of today's messaging. The alternative is defeat, and Trump isn't used to losing so that might also explain the curt and off-brand statements we got today. I don't know now, but I'll probably know in the next 2 weeks.

Trump is great but he NEVER could have done it alone. He only made it this far because we used our vote in a way the traitorous deep state wasn't ready for in 2016.
