Problem is, if you gonna arrest most all the Legislature and portions of the Judicial, you need an army, even if you are justified.
If you have the armed forces, its not so hard. POTUS can do that. If you have pedes with no organization, no clearcut missions or orders, and no link to your leader, you skwewed
Lincoln NEVER wanted the civil war, but when he had no choice, he went nuclear. Trump is the same. He has done everything possible to avoid what is coming, but I believe he will NOT allow our Republic to fall.
