If Trump declares the insurrection act and arrests most of the members of Congress, judges, FBI, CIA, State, DOJ, ex-presidents and generals. It may require the military take command of the country for a while. Would we be temporarily without a Congress to certify the legit vote? It seems so many need to be arrested that without the military chaos could ensue for a while. I think we could even be attacked by a foreign enemy if things are too chaotic.
