That is the only part that gives me pause too. He said to come, and they came. He said to go the Capitol Building, and they went.
And I didn't see anything so terribly wrong with them breaking into the Capitol Building, actually. They didn't deface or burn anything, or topple statues. Mostly it was trespassing, but they did it because NO ONE WAS LISTENING TO THEM!
So it does look a little like he used them for cover so he could get somewhere safe while everyone was distracted. But I'll wait and see what he does next. Over all, he still has my support. But yeah, I understand how you feel.
