Maybe they were pushing the 25th because they thought he'd never concede or they were very worried about his next move. Trump then releases this video to quiet them down. If the video was enough to make TD.W think he conceded then it's definitely enough to make leftists think he conceded. Now Trump can blindside them all. Or maybe he really did concede (without actually saying concede). Who knows.

I feel the same way but I don't want to be called a stupid conspiracy theorist. He looks like a caricture of himself and I just listened one time without watching and it doesn't sound right either, pronunciation is not the same as his usual, something just isn't right but I can't prove it.

He earned the highest office in the world, because he inspired us with his positive message about America and pointed out the failures of The Swamp (another gift from him - this catchy nickname for Washington, DC). They got into their offices by lying, making promises they didn't intend to keep, groveling for money and getting otherwise compromised.
They hate him for being successful on his own merit rather than through compromise and deceit. They hate him because we love him and we also hate them. They hate him because he exposed them for all of us to see, from the obvious slime Pelosi and Schumer, all the way to Judas/Brutus Pence.
So many people refusing to accept reality, desperately squinting for a glimpse of victory in the face of defeat.
