This is what I have been saying. Even with a D majority, they now are, for the first time in years, going to consider the reaction of the people before passing any terrible laws. I hope it counts for something considering they will have a slim majority.
That is the exact opposite of what they're going to do. Not trying to be rude, but have you read a history book? Powerful people might be frightened into inaction by an immediate threat, but the nanosecond that threat is passed, they get pissed off and vengeful. Because for even the briefest of seconds, some peasant made them afraid, and that's just not tolerable.
Over the next 90 days you're going to see such volumes and depths of anti-American legiislation coming out of Washington DC as we haven't seen since 9/11. It'll probably beat 9/11, because that wasn't personal. This was.
