If this wasn't a deep fake...then what did Trump just call up Twitter and say hey I'm gonna post a kind of concession speech...just unlock me for a min... I doubt it

This is 100% a deep fake. Look at the neck line. It is grainy, discolored, has a shaped effect, and the neck movements magnify how bad the blending is.
