Okay I saw you post this a few times so I went and looked. It is weird. In fact, the more I looked up close at my laptop the weirder the whole video is - it looks like someone photoshopped his talking head onto a body. Is that even possible? Lol. His neck never leaves his shirt except for the part you mentioned.
I don't know what I'm saying here, it just looks really weird.
