You ever wonder how we ended up in this mess?

Because Conservatives aren't diabolical schemers.

We all typically share the "Just leave me alone" mindset, and because we're nice people, we treat others how we want to be treated. We leave things alone. Whether that's due to the NAP, not interfering in the market, or letting God handle things, we seem to value leaving things alone.

And that's awesome. Don't get me wrong.

But leftists are way different. They scheme and plan. They almost view "leaving things alone" as immoral because that's "ignoring the plight of others". They value a common security because they view people as groups. You ever heard the saying "A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals"? It's from Men in Black. Conservatives tend to focus on the first sentence, treating others as individuals. Leftists treat others like a big, dumb group of animals.

This is why you see blatant propaganda coming from the Left. We ask "Who the hell would believe that?!" Whereas they believe people are morons and will eat it right up.

They're somewhat correct. There ARE a lot of stupid people around. Look how many cities people burned down over subversive propaganda, when in reality, only 9 people were shot by cops (for various reasons) in the span of one year.

The Left know they're lying to these people, but to them the ends justify the means. The Left will literally do ANYTHING if they believe it will get them closer to their idea of a utopia. That's why calling them a hypocrite or calling them out for breaking their own rules does nothing.

The Left has no belief system to adhere to. They're only concerned with power.

That isn't to say they aren't religious though. They're mostly atheist, so their natural "god shaped hole" is filled with politics.

Religion is based on faith, not reason. This is why leftists cannot be reasoned in or out of their positions. It's also why they won't debate or deeply discuss politics with Conservatives. You ever see how they shut down conversations or loudly chant when someone tries to talk to them at a protest? It's because they see Conservatives as "non-believers" trying to subvert the good people of their "religion".

They also use this spirit to fervently shame others. They don't approach someone like they just have a different opinion, instead they are treating others as blasphemers.

This type of behavior can be intimidating to those who aren't clued in as to what is going on. So you have people profusely apologizing, because in order to provoke such a spirited reaction they'd HAVE to be in the wrong, the accused would think.

It's a scary effective tactic. People just want to get along with the group of peers, even if they know it's wrong.

This is how the left essentially hijacked big business. It's essentially a hostage situation. The company doesn't want bad press, so it does whatever the screeching harpies want.

And the Left, along with their allies in entertainment and media, know exactly how loud to screech to make themselves look like the majority. And then they eventually DO become the majority, because again people do want to be part of the ingroup even if it means they know something is wrong.

So how do we fix this? I don't know, but it's important to know what exactly we're up against. We have to switch up our tactics because what may offend you may not offend them.
