I def thought deep fake at first. But that doesn’t make sense to me because someone would have told us by now (Jr, etc), right? So I am leaning more towards scripted/prerecorded/green screened from Trump, for whatever reason. Like to imply he’s at the WH when he’s not or something.
They cant tell us from their accounts because big tech controls those accounts now. Do not expect to get any information from twitter or facebook.

I think a lot of things are possible but this vid is on Parler and other platforms too. I think the first video was prerecorded in front of a green screen as a prerequisite to the insurrection act (which requires him to call off insurrectionists). I don’t know why he didn’t just record it now, but even though it really does look like a deep fake, I think we’d have heard through some channel by now that it is, and it wouldn’t be on other platforms too, though you never know.
That doesnt make a lot of sense either, because we know he's not there.

If it was actually planned by him he could've made that video anywhere, the background is likely greenscreened as also pointed out by OP in his video. With that being said, it's definitely a deepfake though.
