He played nice for 3 minutes just to avoid the traitorous Congress from impeaching him. Robotically reading a totally uncharacteristic pre-written statement off a teleprompter, with unusually low energy, almost no inflection at all, and no spontaneous asides, ad-libbing, or repetition? Yeah, he doesn't mean these words any more than the OTHER times he's said or tweeted stuff that's totally out of character for him.

Remember the tweet saying "Wearing a mask is the patriotic thing to do!" and then he was still making fun of Biden's mask and expressed annoyance when reporters asked why he wasn't wearing one. And just as it took him MONTHS to say THAT (it was in late JULY), it's taken him 2 months to say THIS, and he means it just as much--not at all.
