I speculate that trump still has time to utilize the insurrection act. After last nights confirmation of the electoral college, pence is now complicit in the tyranny that took place on nov 3rd along with a slew of other happenings that will be linked to Italy, China and likely other countries. He will go to gitmo with his hombres pelosi and Schumer.. hopefully they all hang.. and trump will transition the powers of pence to Michael Flynn (hopefully) and thus a peaceful transition will occur. These are my hopes and dreams, but completely possibly speaking legally without the Legal speak.
