A deep fake isn't a bunch of vids and audio pieced together. A deep fake is a computer generated video. You feed a program with audio clips and video clips so it learns how to speak like the person you want to mimic. As for the video, that can me done with cgi.

Everything about it is just wrong. The background, the tone, the tie, the words, the neck, the cuts, the lighting. No way this is real.
