I was initially pissed at Trump, but thinking it over there are only 2 possibilities. Either there's some miracle last minute plan to turn everything around, or Trump legitimately has no power at this point and knows there's no path forward. I'm disappointed that he wouldn't at least try scorched earth, but it wasn't betrayal
