I do insurance and financial planning, not a webmaster in anyway. Does this platform allow for direct messages to users? If so, how do I go about sending a message to another user without commenting on a public post? I just want to thank certain people and I think it would mean more to them if it wasn’t public, you know? I don’t write thank-you letters on Facebook, if you catch my drift.
