Dump your god damn cell phone. Get over using it, get over the addiction to it and get ready to dump it like a bad relationship.

If you know it's listening to you, watching you and tracking you, would you ever keep a relationship with a person who did that?

Or figure out a means of getting it away from you. If you're like me and a phone is necessary for work, work smart with it. Keep it to work.

It's only a matter of time before all these jokes about being watched become Minority Report. You won't hear about it when it happens until it becomes widely accepted as a means of policing. Tech is beginning to play their hand, stay ahead of the curve.

I just got an email from Google detailing every place I've ever been this year, everywhere I've traveled, and my time alloted to various activities in my life. I have all tracking and location services off. I use a mobile VPN. I use encrypted messaging apps. Freaked me tf out

The "off" switch is a change in colour to make you feel better.

In reality, that all changes back to default sometimes with updates. You gotta make sure it's off with some regularity. Double check your app permissions as well, a lot are incredibly pervasive with no reason.
