No, I think it is a plan far more clever than we could have imagined even a week ago. It will be a new administration, but not Biden/Harris. They are the President-elect and VP-elect, end of story. Now that the vote is certified, the chain of succession for the inauguration is clearly defined.

1. Certify Biden/Harris
2. Commence The Storm.
3. Traitors arrested by Special Ops in a single nation-wide sweep.
4. Durham emerges with unassailable evidence of treason, including but not limited to plotting to steal the 2020 election. AG was always a red herring. Trust Sessions, because his role was always to appoint John Durham on precisely October 28, 2017.
5. Durham transfers custody of traitors to Military Justice under 2018 EO.
6. Military tribunals result in conviction with full public disclosure of coup attempt.
7. Biden, Harris, and Pelosi either reveal cooperation with the plan and withdraw/resign, or they are tried and executed for treason.
8. Certification of GA runoff thrown into chaos due to newly revealed evidence.
9. Republican majority in new Senate.
10. By 25th amendment, Senate Pro-Tempore is inaugurated. Do you really think the country could withstand the shock and outrage of Trump remaining in office after The Storm? It would result in a real civil war. Chuck Grassley (most likely) becomes the 46th president.
11. Grassley plays dumb and appeases both sides to preserve the republic in the chaotic aftermath of The Storm.
12. A healing VP is nominated. Perhaps even someone as unexpected as Bernie Sanders. Was he playing a part the entire time? Is this why he rolled over twice? Maybe this is too far, but a true patriot is confirmed one way or another.
13. Two years of healing and understanding why The Storm had to happen the way it did and how close we came to losing our republic.
14. Grassley resigns sometime around 2022 midterm elections. Real Republicans dominate both houses of Congress going into 2023.
15. New VP becomes 47th president for a short period of time.
16. Trump nominated as VP.
17. Newly elected Republican Senate handily confirms Trump as VP.
18. 47th president resigns January 21, 2023.
19. Trump is president once again and begins his short (less than 2 years) second term. By now, 95% of Americans understand and he is welcomed back into office.
20. Trump re-elected in 2024 and begins his third term. No civil war.
21. In the end, Trump serves just under 10 years as president: 2017-2021, 2023-2029, and interrupts Agenda 2030, the ultimate reason for all of this.
