That’s normal. Create problems/chaos - increase size and scope of government (decreasing liberty) to “fix” problem using trillions of our hard earned dollars, while somehow becoming millionaires in the process. Kind of like manufacturing a fake invoice to launder money.
The Bureaucracy is expanding to meet the needs of the expanding Bureaucracy as they create problems for the purpose of solving the problems they have created.
