That's the plan of covid though, you can't start a business if it's not allowed to be open. Then you can only use big business and they only accept cashless payments.
Covid has literally put us into the unknown. What do we even call the new system? It's not communism, not capitalism, not fascism (the economic concept of fascism anyways), cronyism? Almost not even that.
