It's not about the site. The phrase, between the quote marks, is allegedly the passphrase for the file Kappy gave to some people, containing supposedly damning evidence of pediophilia by high level officials.
I get that but whats with the link. You go to the site and its a whole world of crazy stuff that is way beyond my skills
Lin Wood talked before about how he had the Key but someone else had Kappy's actual (encrypted) file.
It seems like Lin Wood has posted the Key, hoping that the person who has the actual files will post them.

based on dates, i would assume this was kappy's blog site. the phrase is a long password to open a file somewhere someone else has supposedly
I did a bit of searching around on it and that was kind of my thoughts also. But the strange part to me is when you go into the discussion part. I dont know anything about whats being talked about in that along with the links. Im wondering if everything is hidden in that website.
